Rescue Me ID: 15-06-22-00612Loki (male)

Bombay    Age: Kitten

Compatibility: Good w/ Most Cats, Good w/ Most Dogs, Good w/ Adults (Not Kids)
Personality: High Energy, Submissive
Health: Needs to be Neutered

Loki, AKA Derpy cat, was found in the middle of winter with a frostbitten tail and quite malnourished. He looked about the size of a 3 month old kitten when we found him in December. He has since lost the tip of his tail, and gained quite a bit of weight. He feels like a good 9.5 pounds right now. He has a spinal issue of some sort..like a hump back, but it doesn't affect him negatively from what we can see. He LOVES to cuddle and give kisses. He's a good lap cat. He plays fetch (that's right!) and likes to watch the toilet water spin around when flushed. He's vocal, but not unbearably so. He likes to coo (dont know how else to describe the ... (Read More)noise). His meow varies between pretty cat and sounding like a bad car motor. We call him derpy cat because he has issues jumping up on anything without falling or having to use his claws a bit to finish getting where he wants to go. he would rather wait to be picked up. Also. one of the first pictures I took of him, he is cross eyed and has his tongue sticking out. Litter box trained. Note: regular cat food gives him a lot of very smelly gas. We have found limited ingredient food solves the issue. (Less)

Rescue Me ID: 15-06-22-00609JACK (male)

Bombay    Age: Young Kitten

Compatibility: Good with Most Cats, Good with Adults (Not Kids)
Personality: Average Energy, Submissive
Health: Needs to be Neutered

'Jack' was found on the highway on 6/21/15 with a scratched up lower jaw, but no other signs of trauma. We nick named him Jack because of where my husband found him. He loves belly rubs and cuddles. He likes the other cats, but hasn't warmed up to the dog just yet. He wouldn't stay still for a picture..he is rolling around to make me pet his belly in the picture. He eats crunchy food and likes exploring. So far, he kneads without using his claws. Likes to talk when spoken to.

Bombay    Age: Kitten

Compatibility: Good w/ Most Cats, Good w/ Most Dogs, Good w/ Adults (Not Kids)
Personality: Average Energy, Submissive
Health: Needs to be Spayed, Needs Vaccinations

Intelligent black female. She warmed up to the dog quicker than the other cats, but it only took a few days and now they're good buddies. She is independent, but does cuddle. Not a big scratcher on furniture or on a post, and knows when to not use her claws. she can jump fairly high sometimes. She loves to play, but doesn't have excessive energy. She sleeps with us at night sometimes and does excellently. She is curious. Likes to watch. We call her hissy fit because of how she acted the first few days. We think she may have been a bit mistreated by the family we got her from, but can't be certain. She likes catching bugs and watching ... (Read More)squirrels. Strictly indoor. Litter box trained. we don't know how she does around children. I am asking for a $10 re homing donation. (Less)
